The full journey, from lost to employed and growing, typically takes several months. We'll give you a realistic timeline on the discovery call.

### What if I don't know what career I want?
Most of the people we work with don't. That's not a problem, it's the starting point. The Career Assessment and the conversation around it are specifically designed for this. By the end, you’ll have a clearer understanding of what may fit you and which directions are worth exploring.
