But most people just call me Rabbi Smith. I spent 25 years as an educator and school principal, and if there's one thing I love, it's sitting down with a young man and helping him figure out where he's headed.
Over the years I've gotten to know almost 1,000 students: their struggles, their strengths, the things that light them up. I've helped them build structure, pick up real skills, and grow into confident, capable adults. It's the most rewarding work I know.
I started Darco because I wanted to keep doing that, just in a more focused, hands-on way. My goal is simple: sit down with you, get to know you, help you find a career path that fits your unique strengths and talents, and then support you until you land in a career you find rewarding.
